About this space
This studio operates as fully self-service. You will receive two access codes: one for the main and first-floor entrance, and another for the studio door.
Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, our studio is perfect for photo and video shoots. Free street parking is available, with nearby B24 and B48 bus routes, and Transit G and J trains.
Included with Rental
Complimentary white backdrop; additional colors available for $28. Requests must be made at least 2 days in advance. Maximum pull length is 6 feet; longer pulls may incur extra fees.

* Schedule Sufficient Time for Setup and Breakdown:
* Prompt Arrival and Departure: Should you require additional time, kindly notify us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end. Failure to do so will result in a 1.5x charge of the regular rate for any overrun.
* Maintain a conducive environment by refraining from playing loud music.
* Any damages incurred during your session are your responsibility and will require reimbursement.
* Do not alter the background color or cut the background paper without prior permission.
* Please switch off all lighting equipment, as well as heating or cooling systems, before leaving the premises.
* Handle Props with Care.
* Ensure the studio is left in a tidy condition after use.
* Management does not assume responsibility for any personal items left unattended in the studio. Any items left behind will be discarded.
These guidelines are in place to ensure a professional and harmonious experience for all users of the studio space.

Welcome to our self-service studio, conveniently located in the vibrant heart of Green Point, Brooklyn. Our spacious studio is meticulously designed to meet all your photo and video needs.
Upon booking, you will receive two access codes: one for the main and first-floor entrance and another for the studio door, ensuring easy and secure entry.
Included with your rental is complimentary white background paper. If you require additional background paper colors, please specify your preferences at least 2 days before your session. Each pull cannot exceed 6 feet on the floor, and longer pulls may incur extra charges.
