Host rules

Trash and recycling must be removed and space must be left broom clean.
Any added fixtures/furniture must be removed and or disposed of at the conclusion of the agreement.
The space must be left in great shape.
Any damage or serious cleaning will be charged to the guest.
The release agreement must be signed prior to the event.
No smoking in the space.
Outside catering is allowed.
No loitering outside.
No double parking outside.
No ticketed events.
No Alcohol selling.
8-hour booking includes set up and breakdown. Please add any setup and breakdown needed if booking less than 8 hours. Example: If you need two hours before the event starts time, you have to add 2 hours to the booking time.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
