Host rules

FOR PRODUCTION (up to 40 people):

Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside. We have an outdoor patio for smoking.

The price listed is for rental of the space only and one level, either the first or second floor. If both floors are needed please specify and we will quote upon request.

Any furniture can be moved to accommodate the production team as long as it is placed in the original place where it was found.

Smoke machines are allowed.

Nudity is allowed.

FOR EVENTS (up to 150 people):

The price listed is for space only and one floor. If both floors are needed please specify and we will quote upon request.

All event bookings will involve at least one security/bouncer. (security based on a number of guests and cost at an additional price).

Absolutely no smoking or illegal drugs inside premises. The outdoor patio is available for smokers.

No outside food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages are allowed inside.

No outside vendors are allowed without permission from the venue owner.

Absolutely no fighting will be tolerated.

Setup and cleanup are included in the price.

We are a full-service event planner and provide additional services at an extra cost including but not limited to:
photography, videography, entertainment, valet parking, etc.

The extra services will be priced accordingly and quoted upon request.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

NYC Arts Cypher is a two-floor wonderland with colorful and vibrant backgrounds to enhance any production: music videos, interviews, photo shoots, and more. We provide a space where creatives can come together to create a complete experience.

We also host private events, themed events, special occasions, corporate mixers, art exhibitions, dance competitions, live showcases, fundraisers, promotional events, fashion shows, networking events, workshops, and group projects.
