About this space
Large backyard event space located in Jamaica, Queens. Our space can accommodate up to 80 guests. There is a 5-hour booking minimum. Events must end by 11pm. There is a private restroom onsite.
The rate includes the following: 5-hour event minimum, 6 tables (6 ft long tables) 30 folding chairs, 50qt. coolers, professional speaker, and use of outdoor furniture seating. Please be sure to include time needed for setting up and cleaning up in your inquiry for an accurate pricing quote.
We also have a number of rental item that can be added to your booking, inquire for pricing (chair & table covers, outdoor bar, tents, cocktail tables, heaters, hookah etc.)
This space is great for baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, small weddings, receptions, graduation parties, BBQs, birthday parties, brunch parties, private dinners, fashion shows, sip and paint, pop up events etc.
***PLEASE READ***** Bookings on major holidays and holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day etc.) are booked at holiday rates $175 hourly. Please send a request prior to booking.
** EQUIPMENT RENTALS*** Please confirm with all vendors, the pick up time for any rental items. All items must be picked up the same day as the event, and within the event end and clean up time. Any rental items left for next day pickup will be subject to a $150 overnight storage fee.

Host rules
An additional $200 security deposit is due 48 hours prior to the event and will be refunded at the end of the event (if no damages are reported). Security deposits are fully refundable in the event of cancelation.
Smoking is allowed only in the backyard area.
Guests are not allowed to congregate in front of event space.
Sale of alcoholic beverages without proper permit/license is prohibited.
Decorations are permitted but must be approved prior. All display exhibits and decorations must conform to fire and safety codes. The renter is responsible for taking down all approved decorations prior to leaving.
Moving outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, heaters) is NOT PERMITTED.
Renter is responsible for any damages to property that may have been caused by the Renter and/or the Renter’s guests. Renter’s are required to adhere to the Backyard Rules posted on the walls/backdoor and are required to ensure their guests honor them as well. Owner and/or host will use reasonable best efforts to report any damages or loss of property to the Renter on the day of the Event, however, some things may not be noticed until after the Event ends. Host reserves the right to make a thorough inspection of the property and identify/assess damages within five (5) business days of the event. If damage has occurred, we will provide an itemized list to the Renter and host will invoice renter for payment in full or deduct expenses from deposit. Note: We will make reasonable best efforts to repair all damages prior to contacting renter in the event equipment can be fixed on site.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

We also offer add-ons that can be included to any booking such as table covers, chair covers, and outdoor bar at an additional charge.
