No equipment in the hallways, everything must be inside the space.
Masks must be worn while working in the studio, except talent while on camera.
Everything in the space can be moved or used in your production provided it is returned to its original configuration upon completion of your shoot.
COI with general limits off 250k minimum required for booking.
The company's info must be named as additionally insured.
Production insurance is required. COI labeling Dangerworks LLC as additionally insured. Liability should cover up to $1mil per occurrence.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
