Cre8ive Space 2-2, a 340 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 30 people, and has acoustic installation and versatile lighting. Starting at $38 an hour, Space 2-2 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need!

For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type.

Please note that the total number of people given means the total number of people that will be coming during the length of your stay. Due to distancing guidelines and our respect for all the other guests, there will be a monetary penalty for additional guests.

We do not host parties.

No Smoking in the building.

Rental time includes set up and break down time.

Renter is responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its contents.

Ages +12 are allowed to use the space.

We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra-wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots.
