Do yourself a favor! If you’re going to book a room for a table read or conference-Crea8ive sets the standard! They stay open past 6p. (When most other conference spaces don’t offer this option) We booked from 7-10p, which was great for free street parking after 7p. Two very powerful factors in choosing this facility. Also, the facility is modern, clean and comfortable. All my guests kept admiring the space. Arturo, the onsite host was kind, helpful and informative. We ordered pizza for the cast and crew from Andiamo a few blocks away. No charge for outside food. The hourly rate of the conference room was a value for such a wonderful space. Lastly, having my name on the door to the conference room was a professional touch which was delightful to see. Overall, when booking future conferences, Crea8ive is my goto! I highly recommend it be yours too.

We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra-wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots.
