About this space

Cre8ive Space 3-4, with 12+ ft ceilings and a 323 sq ft floor plan, is a newly remodeled permanent conference table set up, ready to be booked at $35 an hour. With the ability to accommodate up to 15 people, Space 3-4 houses a sturdy oval conference table, versatile lighting, acoustic installation, mobile dry-erase boards, a wall-mounted flat-screen television for presentations, screenings, and more.

Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting.

We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available.
