A premier event space perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience, we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches, and celebrity chef demonstrations.
Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings and two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th-century building.
Located blocks from Union Square Park, our Studio is easily accessible and yet, private enough to become a home away from home for you and your guests.

We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios.
As respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. All music must end by 11:30 pm.
8-hour minimum time block to book this space, or 6 hours at an adjusted hourly rate.
Please no vinyl on the floor.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
