Snack Bar is located at 24 Marcy Ave and offers a variety of refreshments that can be purchased the day of or in advance. Host rules

- Rental Requests are available until September 1, 2022.
- All events must finish no later than 10 pm.
- Occupancy for each space must remain under 45 people including staff.
- Depending on the nature of the booking, you may be required to separately obtain event or liability insurance.
- No items shall be attached to the walls or floor in any way. Any damage incurred during the rental period shall be paid to Marcy Studios within seven days following the rental date.
- No alcohol, outside food, smoke, flame, or paint is allowed in the space at any point. No large, amplified music shall be played at any point. A small external speaker may be used.
- Storage is unavailable. Any leftover items from the rental shall be disposed of.
- Please be timely about your rental period and be prepared to leave 5 minutes ahead for the sake of timing of each forthcoming rental.
- Should any of these conditions be disregarded, our staff reserves the right to cease operation of any rental.

Marcy Studios offers TWO raw spaces for photo and film shoots, rehearsals, and event spaces. Our ground floor is ADA accessible, temperature controlled, and features beautiful skylights (Studio 1) in addition to white and industrial walls. Located in the heart of Williamsburg BK, we are a 5-min walk from the Bedford and Lorimer stops on the L, with ample parking in our immediate vicinity. Common bookings include meetings, readings, holding areas, film and photo shoots, gallery space, and private events. We look forward to welcoming you to our space!
