The loft spaces are customizable for your clients event.

The loft spaces has entrances on both Broadway as well as Mercer Street with 50 feet of ground floor frontage for branding and advertising potential.

The loft offers 16-foot finished tin ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and a working waterfall give you plenty of opportunities to create a magnificent event.

Privately owned unique commercial loft spaces available for both daily and short term.

Located in the heart of Manhattan’s SOHO district. Primarily used for product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, movie and television, and photo shoots.

With a total of 30,000 continuous square feet, the lofts are highly customizable.
Currently, there are three lofts available: ground floor, basement, second floor, and fifth floor.

Constructed in 1890, this cast iron building was a bustling area of Manhattan and was occupied by famous textile manufacturing businesses.

The lofts still retain many of the original details. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200) that goes from Broadway to Mercer streets. They have natural light flooding in through 16-foot ceiling sash windows looking out onto Mercer and Broadway.
