About this space

Our second-floor Soho loft is a total of 10,000 sq. feet with 14-foot finished tin ceilings throughout. 12 -10 foot floor-to-ceiling windows on both Broadway and Mercer.

The loft once housed the former Pearl River Mart home store. The loft space is sub-divided with the main space approx. 7500 sq. feet and then two additional rooms that could be used for either green room/vip or the back of house or catering area.

This loft could be combined with 4 other loft spaces in the same building as well. Please schedule a walkthrough.

Privately owned unique commercial loft spaces available for both daily and short term.

Located in the heart of Manhattan’s SOHO district. Primarily used for product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, movie and television, and photo shoots.

With a total of 30,000 continuous square feet, the lofts are highly customizable.
Currently, there are three lofts available: ground floor, basement, second floor, and fifth floor.

Constructed in 1890, this cast iron building was a bustling area of Manhattan and was occupied by famous textile manufacturing businesses.

The lofts still retain many of the original details. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200) that goes from Broadway to Mercer streets. They have natural light flooding in through 16-foot ceiling sash windows looking out onto Mercer and Broadway.
