This incredible production and party space with a capacity of up to 200 guests is perfect for your next event. You'll have an amazing time with your friends or your crew while enjoying the natural light and striking views of Manhattan.
The master bedroom includes two single beds that are set up as a queen but can be separated, through the master bedroom is a small guest room and in the loft area above the living area is a double bed.
Bedroom windows face south into quintessential quiet West Village street, Living room has a large skylight and windows facing north into the garden. This is to floor walk-up of a private brownstone with security surveillance and staff upon request.
A great space for photoshoots and intimate gatherings.
