We're a fun studio; a creative's playground! Our studio is adorned with eclectic props and a hint of 80's / 90's nostalgia.
We have a spacious 16’ Cyc Wall and a Seamless backdrop system located in the back.
Large north facing windows and skylights fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
We're black out ready and easy to rearrange to suit your needs.
LOCATION: We're in Bushwick a few blocks off the Jefferson L Stop!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Overtime is billed at time and a half.
Our studio is not professionally soundproofed. As a result, there may be some
sound leak from neighboring studios and businesses.
Lighting equipment is NOT included with your booking, though is available at a very reasonable rate.
If your production is looking to accommodate over 15 guests, please book via our event listing.
The cyc wall is repainted every few weeks. If you require a freshly painted cyc wall, please inform
us in advance. There is a $100 fee for the cyc wall painting service.

Host rules
ALL setup and wrap-up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance.
The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained.
Overtime has to be requested and will be charged at $90/ hr.
There is a $35 fee if you would like to reschedule your booking.
No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. Yes to making Art!
Before they leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to what they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance, but it means we rely on guests doing their part.

Welcome to our studio! Our beautiful 1500 square foot studio is ideal for any creative photo/video/production shoot you can dream of.
Every prop in our space has been carefully handpicked and curated by creatives to meet your project's artistic needs and vision.
Our notable clients include: Netflix (see our studio in the series "The Most Hated Man on the Internet"), MTV, RuPaul's Drag Race, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Good Morning Britain.
All furniture and props pictured are included in the rental and are currently available.
