It is rare to find a venue with a rooftop terrace and gorgeous views of the midtown skyline - also conveniently nestled in the heart of midtown, steps from Central Park.

Our 4,000 Sq Ft Penthouse Wellness Center is housed on the top floors of a six-floor elevator building. Step off the elevator directly into a chic den library complete with eclectic books, couches, and tea. Host your event in this rare, one of a kind space.

Walk up a small flight of stairs and step into our rooftop Atrium, which includes a 1000 sq foot, glass ceiling studio. From the atrium you can walk out to our outdoor garden terrace 200 sq foot, complete with a sitting area and great views.

ADD WELLNESS TO YOUR PARTY Your customized event can include wellness services. Your guests can enjoy our infrared sauna, six person steam room, salt caves, or floatation rooms. Massages, acupuncture, cupping, private yoga, and meditation classes can also be arranged.

The perfect space for photo shoots, cocktail parties, inspirational workshops, lectures, book signings, corporate retreats, launch parties, private yoga and dance classes, bridal/baby showers, bachelorette parties, holiday parties, and more. We also have hosted a number of art exhibitions/galleries and have plenty of wall space to display pieces. The possibilities are literally endless.

Host rules

Our commitment is to provide warm hospitality and comfortable & peaceful surroundings. To ensure this, we ask that the following policies be understood and adhered to:

• To keep a sense of peace and tranquility during normal business hours for all deliveries, load-in, set-up, and load-out must take place on Mondays when we are closed or between the hours of 9am-11am or 7pm-11pm.

• We kindly prohibit the use of glitter and any other hard-to-clean decorations. Please inquire with for further details.

• Signs posted on the building exterior and/or outside meeting rooms and in public areas must be professionally printed and freestanding or on an easel. Nothing may be nailed, pinned, taped, tacked, or applied with adhesive to any door, ceiling, or wall. All signage and décor must be pre-approved beforehand.

• Overtime fee: $500 per hour, no partial hours

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

FloLo Holistic was an exceptional venue for our intimate gathering of about 20 folks. The team was responsive and the space is top-tier. Seriously...it's used as a yoga studio: there are massive skylights, and the whole space oozes positive, warm energy. Yes!

We hosted our son's bar mitzvah at Flo Lo Holistic and it was a great event! The space was magnificent with views of midtown and access to a private outdoor space. We had about 40 guests and there was plenty of room. FloLo provided some tables and chairs and we brought in food from one of the many nearby places. We had access to a full kitchen downstairs and a small fridge and sink on the main floor. We did not take advantage of the treatment rooms, but we would like to in our next event. This was a great find and we will definitely be back!

The venue was exactly as described with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Joel was easy to work with when he made himself available. Central location near parking garages and public transportation anywhere in the city.
This is a wellness facility that offers class throughout the week so start times for outside can be later during the week. It was a rush for me to set up as the last class did not end until 15 minutes before class. Joel did mention the timing issue to me the day before my event and give me options for a good resolution. Our host was not available during the entire event but that didn't present a problem for us, just a concern when we didn't see anyone hosting us for about an hour. I would say communication with event hosts could improve in the weeks before any event.
