Space 1-2 is a vibrant 460 sq ft loft that can effortlessly adapt to a variety of events, from academic lectures to captivating performances. The space’s dimmable stage lights and low stage provide a focal point for presentations, panel discussions, or even small-scale productions.

With our sound-dampening technology wrapped through all of Cre8ive you are ensured optimal acoustics, perfect for any kind of event or production. Whether you’re hosting a corporate event, an academic conference, or a creative showcase, Space 1-2 offers the ideal setting to make your event have a lasting impression.

Screening · 20 guests
The space was centrally located with flexible seating and a big white wall for my screening. Before I made my booking, the studio staff let me see a couple studios to see which would be best, and to make sure that my computer was compatible with the projector before I made the booking - then helped me set up the room and chairs the day of the screening. I would definitely recommend Cre8ive NYC and have another event in the space.

We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra-wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots.
