With a floor plan of 340 square feet, it can accommodate up to 35 people and can be customized to your liking with your requested furniture. Our specially soundproofed studio ensures a peaceful and private experience for you and your guests.

Please note that the total number of people given means the total number of people that will be coming during the length of your stay. Due to distancing guidelines and our respect for all the other guests, there will be a monetary penalty for additional guests.

We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra-wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots.
