🔥Corner 450 sqf Sunny Loft space with 14ft ceilings!
💛We have 2 huge 10ft windows facing East and South so you will get incredible direct sunlight in this space until 2pm.

🚇MikSpace photo studio - 75 Stewart ave - 4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square
💡You can add a Make up studio next door to your reservation - $15/hr (2 hours min)

Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5)

You will be provided with an access link and codes that will allow you to enter to the studio.
If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons.
🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add it with your booking in the Add-ons section if you need to step on the paper. Please do not cut paper backdrops yourself - fee $20.

🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. Windows facing to Stewart Ave, it's a quiet street.

Host rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $500!
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss allowed.
-No alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $500!
-Do not put water, liquids, glue, tape on the CYC wall surface.
-No cutting paper backdrops by yourself.
-Street parking only.

About MikSpace - Brooklyn
We offer a number of spaces as photo studios in loft buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our spaces include cycloramas as well as spaces with paper and muslin backdrops. All of our spaces have massive windows, high ceilings (12 ft to 16ft high) and are of 500 sq. ft to 1300 sq. ft in size. All of our spaces come with two flash strobes and an air trigger remote included. More gear is available as add-ons.
