Pier 36 is a 70,000 sq ft "state of the art” Sports and Entertainment facility located on South Street (off the FDR Drive). The facility has a 55,000 sq ft parking lot that can be utilized for parking, loading, or can be tented for additional space. The facility is equipped with a fully redundant multi-Gigabit network with an Aruba Wi-Fi system designed to accommodate thousands of simultaneous users.
The facility also has a 15,000 sq ft deck overlooking East River with views of downtown Manhattan, South Street Seaport, Manhattan/Brooklyn Bridges, and the Statue of Liberty.
Pier 36 hosts high-profile concerts, corporate events, expos, fashion shows, investment presentations, non profit fundraisers, product launches, UpFronts, NewFronts, etc.
