Loft rental begins at $2,500 / 4 hours.
A certificate of Insurance is required for any catering/other external services.
Event hosts are responsible for buzzing guests into the building via the intercom system - front doors cannot be propped open
In any cases where rental furniture or equipment is brought on- property, pickup is required within 24 hours. Ash Staging is not responsible for coordinating the return of rental furniture or equipment.
No smoking in the building.
