We offer an exclusive private entrance that is sure to give your event a more luxurious feel. It will add a perfect touch of sophistication and class to your gathering.

Our reception area provides the perfect welcome for your guests. Our team will greet them with warmth and professionalism, making sure that they feel comfortable before they start exploring the venue. What is more, we provide coat check services, ensuring that all of your guests' belongings are taken care of in a safe and secure manner.

The Colgate Room, Gallery West, and Ellis Room are some of our most popular rooms for events. With these rooms, you'll be able to make an impact that won't be forgotten!

We take care of the basics with complimentary coffee, tea, and water to keep you hydrated while you enjoy your stay. Never worry that you left something important at home with our free in-room office supplies. All the essential items are at hand for your attention!

Whether you need classroom chairs, tables, or lecture podiums, West Experience offers 90 white chairs, 15 powered classroom tables, easels, a post-it flip chart, a whiteboard, and a lecture. We also provide blackout and solar curtains in our Ellis Room to ensure complete luxury and comfort during presentations.

Our space was designed to simplify your tech setup with a single source for all presentations. The possibility of scrolling conference digital signage on flat panel screens will help you enhance your virtual presence. You can enjoy a range of features conveniently presented via a presentation remote with a laser pointer and take advantage of built-in projection capability. No need to worry about catering or sourcing food for your special day—our experienced chefs will take care of it for you.
