About The Knife Factory
The Knife Factory is the creation of Chelsea Miller, the celebrated knife maker and owner of Chelsea Miller Knives.
The name honors the building’s past history as a former factory in the manufacturing neighborhood of Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg. The Knife Factory is a multi-purpose space designed to serve, cultivate and a creative community.
Owners greatest joy is to foster community through food, design and learning. The Knife Factory is the manifestation of that joy and the second chapter of the Chelsea Miller Knives story.
The studio acts as a production space for photography and culinary content, a gathering place for public and private events, a classroom for learning and demonstrations, a state of the art kitchen and pop-up space for chef dinners, and as a showroom for Miller’s knives and line of housewares.
