With direct entry from Wall St, the ground floor has a refined, old world feel with marble floors, arched windows, 20ft+ ceilings, and a mezzanine with beautiful wooden banister.
The second floor - which may be accessed via escalator, elevator, or stairs - is recently renovate with clean white walls and wood panel floors. There are also breakout rooms and brand new bathrooms on this level.
