About this space
4,000sf of open space that includes polished floors, high ceilings, a custom bar, video projection wall, sound system and 2 bathrooms.
Please note that access to our Stage/Screening area is a separate Add-on and not included in the main Venue booking. If you wish access to our Stage/Screening area please let us know so we can provided you with the appropriate rate.
In addition, if you are serving alcohol, all guest must be 21yo or over and you must add-on our in-house security at an additional fee.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue and building including Vapes. . Video security is active at all times in addition to an on-site security guard 24/7. If you plan on decorating, please add that time to your booking hours as there is no free time for decorating or taking down decorations.

Outside DJs must bring all of their own gear including speakers or there is a $250 fee to use our DJ booth and connect to our speaker system. 1 Free hour will be allowed for setup when booking 5 hours or more

Smoking or drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited including Vapes.
No roller blades, scooters, bikes, pets, weapons or skate boards are allowed.
No taping or mounting anything to our walls.
NO BYOB. Alcohol must be approved in advance and can only be brought in by the host. Individual guest cannot bring in any alcohol or open containers. You must hire our bartenders if serving liquor and sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

About Manhattan Mirage
The Manhattan Mirage is a multi-purpose venue. We host events both big and small and can accommodate up to 200+ guest.
Our 4,000sf space is located in Midtown Manhattan near all major public transportation and roadways which is convenient regardless of where guest are coming from. We host events including receptions, private parties, film screenings, music performances and more.
We also have a fully equipped production studio which is great for film shoots, video production and photography. The space also includes a 12ft bar /kitchenette area, large windows, AC and a sound system.
