The centerpiece of the room is a stately fireplace flanked by tall bookcases, and a long brick wall adds a touch of rustic elegance. The space also includes a fully functional industrial kitchen, ideal for catering and food preparation.
With 3 exposures and 24 windows, the 11th Floor is filled with natural light, highlighting the wide plank antique Oak floor and creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The cherry staircase connecting it to the Penthouse adds a touch of sophistication to the space, while a warm-up kitchen for caterers ensures that your event runs smoothly.
