Recording Studio with View is located on the 16th floor of 1610 and is the main recording room in our offer. The studio is modern and provides all recording facilities. In addition, a beautiful view adds incredible elegance to this room.

The studio comes with a Tannoy Mains plug-in accelerator, Pro Tools HD3; HD192 I/O; Mac Pro; Waves Dimond; Pro Control surface; portico of Neve; Nuemann U87 microphone; Genelec 1031 monitors, + many other plug-ins and hardware.

- A valid ID is needed in-person on-site during the time of your booking to complete the booking process.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the building.
- Each space has a specified capacity number. If you plan on having more than the number in the larger spaces that can accommodate, advance approval is required as well as a studio assistant add-on fee is required for the entirety of the booking (minimum 2hrs) as well as a per-person add-on fee.
