About this space
Our 25'x25' Thalia Studio is available for rehearsals, auditions, and meetings seven days a week 9:30 am to 9 pm, if also renting the Peter Jay Sharp or Leonard Nimoy Thalia.
With a rental, we offer Yamaha Digital Piano YDP-101S, pull-down projection screen, dry erase board, mirrored wall, eight 5' rectangular tables, 32 chairs, and two portable/adjustable ballet barres. Contact us to find out more info about rules and pricing.
Prices
Standard: $60 per hour, 3 hour minimum
Parties: $95 per hour, 2 hour minimum
Public assembly requiring a House Manager: $250 up to 3 hours, additional time $60 per hour
Overtime, double the subject hourly rate for each hour or part past scheduled use.
Any use of the Studio must be FREE of charge. No box office service provided.
Producer must provide all help to set-up the room.
Theatre does not provide staff to set-up and restore the room.

Host rules
Use of house:
1. All theater Fire Lanes including but not limited to aisles, staircases, café areas and corridors must be kept clear at all times of people and effects.
2. Any front-of-house effects or special décor such as display materials, easels, tables, banners, etc. must be approved by the House Manager. The placement of special décor or effects must be strictly adhered to as advised by the House Manager.
Concessions:
1. You are permitted to sell concessions at your show. You must provide your concessionaire. When sales are concluded, prior to load-out, the concessionaire must pay Symphony Space a commission of 20% of your gross sales.
2. Symphony Space has the right (but not the obligation) to sell its own concessions at your show, including merchandise and refreshments.
3. Only Symphony Space may sell food or drink during your show.
Photography and recording:
1. Cameras may not be used during an event without prior consent of Symphony Space. Flash devises are strictly prohibited during an event.
