1. Outside Catering Welcome: You are welcome to bring in outside catering for your event. We understand the importance of having the perfect menu to suit your preferences.
2. Smoke-Free Environment: To maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside the building.
3. Guest Curfew at 9:30 PM: To be considerate of our neighbors and ensure a peaceful environment, we kindly ask all guests to conclude their celebrations and depart by 9:30 PM.
4. Respectful Use of Space: We take pride in offering a well-maintained venue for all events. We kindly request all guests to treat the space with care and respect, leaving it in the same condition as they found it.
5. Avoid Loitering: To maintain a safe and organized environment, we request that guests refrain from loitering in front of the building. Let's ensure smooth arrivals and departures for everyone.
6. A deposit is required on all bookings.

The open floor plan allows for versatility in planning. We host weddings (ceremony and/or receptions), dinners, dance performances and concerts as well as professional film shoots and holding and catering.
