- Friday: $300 per hour, which includes setup and breakdown.

General Rules:
• The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited.
• Any attachments for walls or ceiling must be approved by owner and hung by staff members only to prevent damage liability to customers.
• Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
• At any time, if the VENUE staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises.
• No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used.
• No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted
• Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited on any area of the VENUE property.
No 360 degree photo booths allowed
There’s a 50% non-refundable down payment required to book an event. We however will refund a 50% down payment if we’re able to sell that date to another customer.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
