DCTV’s French Renaissance landmark former firehouse circa 1895 is conveniently located in Tribeca/Chinatown and offers unique and versatile multi-use space rentals for: community events, film/photo/green screen shoots, production holding/catering, art exhibits, concerts, parties, dance/theater performances, product launches, lectures, rehearsals, screenings, and fundraisers
It features a 4,500 square foot flexible space with discreet lobby access, street-side load-in and ramp, customizable stage decks/risers, blackout capability, wi-fi, additional side rooms, 4K projector and screen, pro-audio sound system and color-adjustable LED light fixtures.

Engine Bay adds character to your event and is adjacent to the event space with garage-level access that can be transformed into a bar/lounge. The engine bay is perfect for holding and catering, and the outdoor alleyway is included with the rental.
