TEN32 Midtown is a luxurious modern venue in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, perfect for any event. The space features 14-ft ceilings, polished hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, two QLED TVs, Bose Premium Sound, a custom bar, WiFi, and more.

Our venue is ideal for birthday parties, corporate events, product launches, art galleries, weddings, photography, videography, podcasts, and family gatherings.

BOOKINGS & OVERTIME:
Bookings allow time for enhanced cleaning between events. Overtime is charged at 1.5x per hour and may be allowed based on availability. Please include setup and breakdown time in your booking.

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Guests may bring their own refreshments and food under the BYOB & Catering $300 fee

ALCOHOL POLICY:
Guests may bring alcohol with the following requirements:

1. A $300 BYOB fee.
2. Shots are not permitted to ensure safe consumption.
3. Hosts must obtain liquor liability insurance.
4. Events with over 30 guests require two bartenders; up to 30, one bartender is required.

SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.

MUSIC:
Guests can play amplified music from our iPad or TV or bring a DJ.

DAMAGE FEE:
A $500 fee applies if venue policies (e.g., smoking) are violated, covering any additional cleaning or repairs needed.

NOTE:
On Sundays and after 8 p.m., the main elevator is unavailable. Guests can use the stairs, or our freight elevator if needed after hours.

I booked the space without seeing it first because I was planning this graduation party for my daughter from California while she was finishing up her studies in Paris. The space was better than advertised and Vignesh was very accommodating and responsive. We brought food and drinks and a few decorations but the space was already quite lovely. I highly recommend this venue and would use it again if the need ever arose.
