Luo’s events is a modern/ rustic Wedding Venue and party space. It is over 2,000 square footage ready to host wonderful parties. Also, amazing sunlight and it has great huge windows/ doors that opens up to the street. Our Real Fire Spot is also a plus to make your Wedding or event cozy and comfy. We are located in 177 Dwight St, Brooklyn, NY 11231.

Host rules

They must deliver the event space the same exact way it was delivered to you. However, our venue has partner net up a wonderful cleaning company for all our events in case they need it. This is an additional fee that they can always request upon signing this agreement.
All garbage and recycling must be taken with you at the end of the event. In the case of needing garbage pickup. We will be more than happy to provide this upon request.
Cleaning fee: $350.00
Garbage fee: $200.00 for 3-5 bags
$250.00 for 5 and more

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
