About this space

Highlights include full cafe equipment, tables and chairs good for 35 seated, room for 50 standing. Rental does not includ the backyard although that is negotiable.

We can also include floral decor as an add-on upon request and provide cutlery, plates, cups and such if needed. There are separate fees for additional items and services.

Our cafe gives you a memorable and uniquely "New York" cafe experience, complete with all-cushioned velvet seating, glass box tables, bespoke interiors and an easily accessible location. And since our floral studio is right next door, we can adorn your event with fresh florals, arches, arrangements, and whatever you may need to personalize and embellish your events and celebrations.

As an add-on, we also offer catering such as sandwiches, light bites, fresh coffee, and drinks– plus, we've partnered with local New York-exclusive pâtisseries such as MOD Soho for a delectably sweet ending to your event.
