Copinette does not charge a room fee but instead requires a food and beverage minimum. The food and beverage minimum is before tax and gratuity and applies to all private and semi-private events and varies depending on the day of the week and time of the year. Any group that does not reach the specified food and beverage minimum will have the difference added to the event invoice as a room fee.
