Host rules

1. No smoking or alcohol
2. No parties
3. If a change from the original room setup is requested on the day of the function, a labor charge will be added to the invoice
4. Guests will be admitted to the meeting room and expected to depart at the times stated on this rental contract
5. The customer is responsible for the arrangements and all expenses of shipping materials, merchandise, exhibits, or any other items to and from the site. Packages may be delivered within 48 hours of the date of the function
6. Owner is not responsible for damage to or loss of any items left prior to or following any function
7. The customer is responsible and shall reimburse the owner for any damage, loss or liability incurred by any of the customer's guests or any persons or organizations contracted by the customer to provide any service or good before, during, and after the function
8. Affixing of signs, banners, posters, stickers, or other display materials to the walls, floors, and ceiling with staples, nails, glue or tape is not permitted unless approval is given in advance

About CAI

Our meeting rooms are located on the 20th floor of an office building in midtown Manhattan, conveniently near Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Station, and several subway lines. These rooms offer stunning views of the NYC skyline. They are part of a large training center that provides rooms of various sizes for rent.

The rooms come equipped with tables and chairs that can be arranged in multiple configurations such as conference, U-shape, theater, classroom, and more. Audio-visual equipment is available for rent, and there are bathrooms and a coffee station onsite.
