Our location boasts breathtaking views of Manhattan,
We have 8 individual spaces on 14th , 22nd & 23rd floors and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage.

This space is Located on the 14th floor / 14A+ 14B combined together make a huge venue, our space is ideal for all kind of events. There is an amazing view of Manhattan from the windows.
Our Event Spaces feature oversized windows and gorgeous views of Downtown NY and Madison Square Garden, the 7 Oversized Large windows facing South and 5 oversized windows facing East + Stunning views of the city.


We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess.

PLEASE BE UP-FRONT ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING AS WE CHARGE ACCORDINGLY.
IF THE STUDIO IS LEFT DISORGANIZED WE WILL CHARGE $100 EXTRA So KINDLY leave the studio the way you found it!
Your SET-UP and WRAP-UP time is included within your booking hours, please book for enough hrs.
❌ No smoking in the building.
❌ No alcohol allowed at all.
❌❌ ❌ ❌ NO smoke bombs for any effects AT ALL ❌ ❌ ❌ ❌
❌Please do not be loud, if we get a notice from our neighbor or building management, you will have to leave the studio at once. ( PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL )
❌Do not leave any trash behind. (We have trash bins in the studio, let's use them)
❌Outside food is fine but again do not leave anything behind.

Our space is conveniently located steps away from Penn Station and port Authority.

We have 8 individual spaces 14th, 22nd & 23rd floors and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Our space feature oversized windows and gorgeous views of The Empire State Building the 2 Oversized Large windows facing South and 4 oversized windows facing east has Stunning views of the city.

12 foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 2 bathrooms and 1 ADA accessible one as well.
