SEAMLESS BACKDROP STATION
All seamless colors in the studio are available as a background for FREE. If you would like to use a color that is not already mounted on the backdrop station you may mount it to the C-stands provided in the studio. DO NOT UNMOUNT BACKDROPS FROM MOTORIZED BACKDROP HOLDER. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". For a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Seamless Backdrop Pull" add-on for $15 per color/pull. Seamless backdrop pictured for color availability.
TEXTURED BACKDROP STATION
You can use all the textured backdrop colors that are currently out for FREE.
The entrance to the studio has a 36"-wide door allowing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 999 sqft and features everything needed for your creative endeavors!
All guests are welcome to eat food in the 1st floor meeting room or in the courtyard without having to purchase the "Food/Drinks Waiver" Add-on.

**Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on**
**Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot**
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes.
Shoe Covers are provided and MUST be worn in the Cyclorama Wall area by all guests except talent.
DO NOT step on or put any weight on the bottom curved portion of the Cyclorama Wall. You will be charged for any damage to the Cyclorama Wall.
NO LOUD MUSIC!
NO EATING/DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.
NO SMOKING.
NO ANIMALS/PETS.
NO GLITTER!
Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
Guests MUST put all lighting/equipment back to where they found it when they entered. We will charge a studio reset fee if this is not done.
Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.
Please be careful not to cause excessive wear to the studio. We will charge a Cyc Repaint Fee (Excessive Wear) if this happens.
Make sure to clean the studio before the end of your booking. We will charge a cleaning fee if this is not done.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
The host reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated.
You will be charged for any damage to the studio caused during your booking at 100% of the value of the damaged items plus tax and shipping.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
