Our versatile space is thoughtfully designed to meet a wide range of needs, such as high-end business gatherings, pop-up shops, showrooms, meetings and photo/video productions.

OVERTIME = 1.5 TIMES
PLEASE BE UP-FRONT ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING AS WE CHARGE ACCORDINGLY.
IF THE STUDIO IS LEFT DISORGANIZED WE WILL CHARGE $100 EXTRA So KINDLY leave the studio the way you found it!
Your SET-UP and WRAP-UP time is included within your booking hours, please book for enough hrs.
❌ No smoking in the building.
❌ No alcohol allowed at all.
❌❌ ❌ ❌ NO smoke bombs for any effects AT ALL ❌ ❌ ❌ ❌
❌Please do not be loud, if we get a notice from our neighbor or building management, you will have to leave the studio at once. ( PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL )
❌Do not leave any trash behind. (We have trash bins in the studio, let's use them)
❌Outside food is fine but again do not leave anything behind.

Our space is conveniently located steps away from Penn Station and port Authority.

We have 8 individual spaces 14th, 22nd & 23rd floors and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Our space feature oversized windows and gorgeous views of The Empire State Building the 2 Oversized Large windows facing South and 4 oversized windows facing east has Stunning views of the city.

12 foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 2 bathrooms and 1 ADA accessible one as well.
