Host rules

1. No Smoking, vaping, and hookah are strictly prohibited inside the building.
2. Outside Catering & Beverages: Guests may arrange outside catering and bring their own refreshments
3. Speaker volumes must be maintained at the agreed-upon level.
4. Decorations & Modifications: All decorations and modifications require prior approval from the venue.
5. No Red Wine
6. Private Events Only: This venue is available for private parties only. Ticketed public events are not permitted.
7. Liquor Permit for Ticketed Events: For ticketed events serving alcohol, a liquor permit is required for an open or cash bar, and event liability insurance must list the venue as additionally insured.
8. Event Timing: All events, including setup and cleanup, must begin and end within the booked timeframe.
9. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.
10. Maximum Capacity: The maximum guest capacity is 60 individuals.
11. Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 years or older for events where alcohol is served.
12. All trash must be properly disposed of in the provided bins before leaving the venue.
13. No Pets are allowed, except for service animals.
14. No Open Flames (Open flames, candles, and sparklers)
15. No Confetti or Glitter
16. Furniture must not be rearranged without approval.
17. The venue must be left in the same condition as it was found.
18. Event Liability Insurance: Proof of event liability insurance is required prior to the event.
19. Parking guidelines must be followed; driveways and other vehicles must not be blocked.
20. Guest List Confirmation: A final guest count must be confirmed 24 hours before he event for security and emergency communication.
21. Catering Clean-Up: All catering items, including trays, dishes, and equipment, must be removed by the catering company or guests by the end of the event.

The venue is spacious and very clean. A lot of amenities as well including ice maker, fridges, tv, sound system, lighting. Additionally the host and attendant was very helpful during our booking.
