Host rules
- No smoking inside the venue.
- Alcohol is allowed but cannot be sold.
- Cleaning fee is included.
- Outside catering is permitted.
- Clean-up starts 30 minutes before the end of the booking.
- No extended congregating in front of the building.
- Music must not be audible from the sidewalk with doors closed.
- No nails, screws, staples, tape, or gummed-backed materials on walls, furniture, or building.
- No glitter or confetti without a $100 clean-up fee.
- No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire effects.
- Furniture can be moved only by the host, upon request.
