- We do not facilitate parties in the evenings.
- We have basic insurance but require proof additional event/photo shoot insurance for specific events.
- We expect you to leave the place as you find it.
- A general manager will be available during your event/photo/film shoot.

HAWLEY GARAGE is a historic 1919 Dodge showroom that has been recently restored into a bright and spacious studio location. The rustic interior boasts concrete floors, a 12-15 ft sloped, beamed ceiling, and two window walls with industrial steel windows. During the summer and early fall, these windows become beautifully overgrown with green ivy, creating a picturesque backdrop. The space also features a mix of whitewashed brick, exposed vintage brick, stone, and stained concrete, complemented by a 20 ft white gallery wall. Two large folding garage doors, each measuring 10 ft wide and 9 ft tall, are situated on either side of the space, adding to its versatile and expansive feel.
Inside, you'll find an open kitchen, a 9 ft barn table, and a cozy sitting area that includes a club chair, daybed, modernist chairs, an enormous tree-trunk table, and a wood-burning stove. The bathroom is both stylish and spacious, doubling as a convenient changing room. This unique space is ideal for a variety of creative uses, from photo shoots and film productions to intimate gatherings and private events.
