Welcome to Empire Terrace 🍎 by 503DTLA! This private rooftop is perfect for your next event, photoshoot or video production! It's located along the east river in Manhattan atop one of the tallest building in the area. This location features stunning, panoramic views of the Manhattan cityscape. The rooftop has a solid tiled deck and includes pictured tables and seating.

**Rules are negotiable depending on production size. Food & Drink restrictions do not apply to events. Some rules can also be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on. PLEASE INQUIRE WITH HOST**
**Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot**
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
NO EATING/DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink on the Roof" add-on if you would like to eat at the rooftop.
NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke on the Roof" add-on if you would like to smoke at the rooftop.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the rooftop.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
NO CLIMBING THE ROOF STAIRCASE! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
NO SITTING OR STANDING ON THE EDGE OF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
NO THROWING ANYTHING OFF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
