Our 3,000 square foot ground floor location features soaring 20 ft ceilings, and custom stained floors and includes an 800 square foot mezzanine loft. Curated with a spacious and transient floor plan, to enable the perfect setup for your event. As an event space and studio, our facility provides a unique set of amenities customized to pair perfectly with your event, shoot, or class.
This is the ideal transitionary venue for photo shoots, private events, castings, product launches, educational programs, fashion shows, art exhibits, presentations, or immersive marketing experiences.

All rental times are inclusive of set up and clean up. A clean-up fee of $300 applies to all events.
No smoking inside the building.
The client accepts responsibility for any & all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, appliances, couches, and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of booking. The client is responsible for replacing any missing or damaged equipment.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
