When you arrive, you'll step onto a newly constructed victorian front porch. The 1st floor has a large entryway with coat racks and a sitting bench. From the entry way you can proceed either left into the living room or straight head into the dining room and kitchen. There is a small powder room under the front stairs. Between the living room and dining room is the library/music room, which features two comfortable reading chairs and a piano. There is also a back stairwell that leads directly into the kitchen.
There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor - one with a double bunk bed, one with two single beds, and the master bedroom which has a king size bed and an adjoining sitting room with a sofa and 60 inch flatscreen television. The 2nd floor bath features a shower and bathtub. The 3rd floor offers another bedroom with queen size bed, a laundry/playroom that is outfitted with lots of toys, games, and books for children, an office with a fold out double sofa bed, and additional bath.

There are no pets or smoking permitted on the premises.
Parties or loud social gatherings are not permitted and use of the outdoor patio is prohibited after 10pm to avoid potential noise complaints from our neighbors.
We also ask that you keep out of the closets where we keep our personal belongings unless you specifically inquire and are granted permission.
