CLEANING + DAMAGES: The renter agrees to leave the premises and all furniture, props, and fixtures in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. If substantial damage is done to floors or props, you will be charged depending on the damage. If the Renter does not return the space to a reasonable condition and cleanliness when the Renter arrives, the company will charge a cleaning fee. If there are significant damages or missing items, the company will charge a fee depending on the case.
All Items brought to the premises by the Renter are to be removed by the Renter on the day of their rental (i.e., Sets, props, client-owned equipment). We appreciate it if you remove all tape (if used) on the floor before leaving the studio.
CYCLORAMA WALL CARE: DO NOT stand on the curve of the cyc wall or lean anything against the back of the wall. Please stand at least a foot off from the curve when using the cyc. Any damages to the cyc wall will warrant a fine.
Please wear the provided shoe covers AT ALL TIMES when walking on the cyc wall. At the client's request, we can give the wall a fresh coat of paint for an additional fine before the booking. We need to know 48 hrs in advance.
BACKDROP USAGE: The backdrop is a 4 roller device, please neatly tear or cut off your portion of paper if visibly dirty or ripped. Each session you have access to 1 free pull per color (NO STANDING ON PAPER). If you think you’ll need more or will need to stand on paper it’s an additional fine per pull. You can add this to your session at checkout.
PRIVACY POLICY: There is a small motion sensor security camera installed in the left corner of the kitchenette. Your session will NOT be watched or intruded upon. It is purely there for dispute purposes and will only be reviewed should any issues arise.
OTHER:NO glitter, NO pets, NO food or colored beverages allowed on the designer couch, NO smoking, NO alcohol, NO drugs or illegal activities. Any act of these rules will result in a fine.
