The space comes equipped with high-quality instruments and audio gear, including a Steinway Model M baby grand piano, a 5-piece Sonor drum kit, JBL Eon 610 speakers, and multiple amplifiers for guitars and keyboards. For an additional fee, the venue also offers specialized equipment such as vibraphones, synthesizers, Nord Organs, and up to eight microphones to suit your specific needs.
Folding tables and other additional requests can be arranged to ensure your event runs smoothly. The flexible setup makes this venue ideal for performances, meetings, or unique gatherings, providing a professional yet creative atmosphere for all types of events.

Host rules
1. No smoking is allowed inside the building or any of the rooms.
2. If you plan to bring food or drinks, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your session appropriately.
3. While we appreciate all types of music, please be mindful of others who may be practicing. Keep the volume at a reasonable level and ensure the doors between rooms remain closed.
4. Your reservation time includes both setup and pack-up. Please be punctual, as other groups may be scheduled after you, and we greatly appreciate your timeliness.
