Welcome to Sushi By Bou at Omakaseed, located in the Sanctuary Hotel in Times Square. Just walk into the lobby, and the front desk will guide you to our small 10-seat vegan sushi counter. We offer two options: a 15-course Bougie Vegan Omakase for $100 and an 11-course Standard Vegan Omakase for $65. Each experience lasts about an hour.
We are open Thursday to Sunday, with seatings on Thursday from 5 to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 PM, and Sunday from 5 to 10 PM. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your meal in a relaxed setting.
Our restaurant serves vegan and vegetarian sushi, as well as cocktails, beer, and wine. We do not offer an all-you-can-eat option, and we don’t have a kids' menu. For parking, you can use Robo Park at 155 W 47th St. We accept credit and debit cards, but no checks or cash.

Sushi By Bou Nomad, located in New York City's Koreatown at Hotel 32|32, is a cozy sushi spot offering a special 10-seat omakase experience. You can choose between a 30-minute or 60-minute meal, perfect for those looking for a high-end yet quick dining option. Before or after your meal, feel free to relax with a craft cocktail, imported sake, or Japanese beer in a space inspired by hip-hop vibes.
Once you've finished dining, you can head to The 86, our hidden bar next to the sushi counter, or Bou Terrace on the 10th floor, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and the Empire State Building.
One unique part of the experience is that diners can share feedback with the chef, who will adjust the dishes based on your preferences. This makes the meal more personal and ensures you enjoy each bite. It’s also a fun way to try different flavors without being tied to a fixed menu, all while supporting local chefs and restaurants.
At Sushi By Bou Nomad, you'll enjoy a truly special Japanese dining experience guided by a skilled chef, with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a menu tailored to your tastes.
