GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

- The Client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.
- No loitering in front of the establishment.
- No bicycles are allowed inside.
- No smoking inside.
- No animals (except licensed service animals)
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.
- Client must have at least one meeting with the manager at the venue before the event date

FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT
Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care.
Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.

PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO:

LIABILITY WAIVER:

The owner of the space and any of its associates, employees, and family are neither responsible nor liable for any accident, injury, or damage sustained on the premises. Furthermore, the client/tenant will be solely responsible for the care and safekeeping of all property brought to, or left in, the lounge, office, or elsewhere in the building, and the client/tenant will be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property occurring as a result of the client/tenant use of this space. Client/tenant agrees to hold harmless the owner of the space against any claims arising out of or relating to client/tenant's use of the space.

If the client/tenant, representative, or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any such person including any associated with said person, without reimbursement.

Our Venue is a quaint indoor and outdoor lounge where you can host an array of events! We are located conveniently on Atlantic Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, just three blocks from the Kingston Throop train Stop.
