1. Event Types: Our space is ideal for wellness workshops, dinner parties, art exhibitions, concerts, film screenings, brand activations, and photoshoots. Please ensure your event aligns with this purpose.
3. Set-Up and Clean-Up: Rental time includes both setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly to avoid overtime fees. Leave the space in the same condition as you found it.
4. Noise Levels: We value our neighborhood community. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly after 10pm.
5. Respect for the Space: Treat all furniture, decor, and equipment with care. Damages may incur repair or replacement fees.
6. Alcohol and Catering: Alcohol is permitted for private events only. If serving alcohol, you must ensure guests are 21 or older. External catering is allowed, but all catering items must be removed after the event.
