Our in-studio Townhouse Set offers the look of location with the controls of a studio environment.
The Townhouse is a luxurious stage for photo and video production. The set features expansive paneled walls, acanthus leaf crown molding, an ornate mantel, and double doors leading to an adjoining room.
The set is located inside our 20,000-square-foot studio based in Long Island City NY, just a few minutes from midtown Manhattan. We have massive windows throughout that flood the space with natural light. We also enjoy a 180-degree view of the surrounding urban landscape.
Our facility is optimized for large-scale commercial productions. With rental, enjoy access to:

Host rules
GENERAL
We ask that you leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Please allow for time in your booking to include load-in and load-out. We have a dedicated freight elevator with direct access to our space and loading dock. All equipment must be removed during the booking window, unless other arrangements are made in advance. No open flames. No smoking is permitted on site. Outside catering is permitted. Outside equipment rental is permitted.
SETS
Please note: No outside sets are permitted. Our in-house Set Build team will assist with any set requirements and we can build your set prior to your booking. Additional fees apply.
PROPS & FURNITURE RENTAL
Use of in-house furniture and prop collection is included in the booking fee. Outside prop rental is permitted as well.
